Deepak Hodda is one of the underrated batsmen of IPL but he has proved his worth in the team repeatedly. Coming down the order, he has shown excellent skills to rotate the strike and hit boundaries with ease. He has the ability to take wickets when a team needed. In 79 matches he has scored 782 runs and 9 wickets.
With vast experience, Deepak Hodda will entice the team management to retain him ahead of IPL 2022 mega auction.
The universal boss Chris Gayle is one of the veterans of the IPL. After joining Punjab, he has played in the middle-order and has scored good runs. He is a very experienced player, and IPL 2022 may be the last time we see Gayle playing in the IPL. The team management will like to retain him to have a good balance in the team. Gayle has scored 4965 runs in 142 matches and also took 18 wickets.
