Delhi Capitals bought 20 players in the mega auction, of which 14 are Indians and 6 foreign players. Delhi’s squad for IPL 2022 is 24 players which is one less than the maximum number of players a team can keep in IPL. Delhi spent 25.05 lakhs out of 90 crores on its total 7 foreign players. After the auction, 10 lakhs are left in the purse of DC, while Punjab Kings has the maximum amount of 3.45 cr left.
