He has scored 400 plus runs in 7 IPL editions. Warner is the only player in IPL history who has won 3-time IPL Orange Cap to date. AB de VILLIERS

South African superstar AB de Villiers ranks second in the list of top 5 most successful foreign batsmen in the IPL history. He is regarded as one of the best players to have ever played cricket. His IPL stats also speak a lot about the value he brings to the side. AB has scored 5162 runs in 184 matches.

Chris Gayle has been a veteran cricketer in the  IPL. Gayle has played numerous match-winning knocks, disappearing the white bowl to all corners of the field. Chris Gayle has scored 4965 runs in 141 innings. He has hit the maximum IPL sixes 357. He also holds the record of the highest number of centuries that is 6.

SHANE WATSON

Shane Watson ranks 4th in the list of top 5 foreign batsmen in IPL history. He has scored 3874 runs in 145 matches at an average of 31 and strike-rate of 138. Watson was also handy with the bowl picking up 92 wickets.

He retired from the IPL last year. Shane Watson was dangerous at the top of the order piling up runs in no time. He was one of the best Australian players to have played the IPL ever. Shane Watson has scored 400+ runs in 3 IPL seasons.

BRENDON Mc CULLUM

IPL started in the year 2008. The first match between RCB and KKR witnessed Brendon McCullum hitting 158* runs. This innings will be remembered forever. Brendon has scored 2880 runs in 109 innings at an average of 28 and strike-rate of 132. He was very destructive at the top of the order. He retired after the 2018 IPL season.
