IPL 2023: Rajasthan Royals (RR) Full Squad, Predicted Playing XI, Coaching Staff And Sponsors List . Rajasthan Royals (RR) probably had their best season last year since their win in the inaugural edition (2008) of Indian Premier League. The champions of the first edition could not please their fans with their performance over the years. But last year they returned strongly, thanks to English captain Jos Buttler and RR captain Sanju Samson, as well as the spin and pace duos.

Despite a very convincing season in IPL 2022, RR could not register a title win and therefore released many players and rebuilt their squad in the IPL 2023 mini-auction.

Rajasthan Royals (RR) Full Squad For IPL 2023

The Royals, though they didn’t have an alluring purse for the auction, still had a good auction with many handy picks for a small amount. RR were in quest of a quality all-rounder who could bat down the order and be their quality choice as a 5th bowling option, and RR settled for the Caribbean all-rounder Jason Holder.

Rajasthan Royals also named Englishman Joe Root, who would make his IPL debut, and leggy Australian Zampa to their squad.

RR Squad For IPL 2023: Jos Buttler, Shimron Hetmyer, Obed McCoy, Trent Boult, Yashasvi Jaiswal, Devdutt Padikkal, Sanju Samson (C), Dhruv Jurel, Navdeep Saini, Kuldeep Sen, KC Kariappa, Kuldip Yadav, Y Chahal, Prasidh Krishna, Riyan Parag, Ravichandran Ashwin, Jason Holder, Adam Zampa, Joe Root, Donovan Ferreira, Kunal Rathore, KM Asif, Murugan Ashwin, Akash Vashisht, Abdul PA.

IPL 2023, RR Predicted Playing11

Top Three (3) – Jos Buttler, Yashasvi Jaiswal, and Devdutt Padikkal

The Englishman needs no explanation for his inclusion in the squad. The other 2 young Indian batters are prolific sportsmen, and they are informed, so they turned out to be a must-pick in the side. However, the batting position might be altered between the two.

Middle Order – Riyan Parag, Sanju Samson, Shimron Hetmyer, and Jason Holder

Skipper Samson and Parag, who have been in blistering form in the limited-overs domestic tournaments, are the sole members of the RR middle order. Caribbean Hetmyer can play the finishing role alongside Holder, who will be entrusted with a role more in bowling than batting, though he might play some little and useful cameos down the order.

Lower Order or Bowlers- Ravi Ashwin, Trent Boult, Prasidh Krishna and Yuzvendra Chahal

The RR lower order will consist of the same two spinners and pacers from the previous edition. The bowling attack was sensational in itself and could in no way be altered this year either, as RR would be expecting the same amount of formidability from them.
