Hailing from Indore, Venkatesh Iyer was picked by KKR in IPL 2021 auction for 20 lakh. He could not get an opportunity in the IPL 2021 phase 1. Royal Challengers Bangalore medium pace bowler Harshal Patel has made everyone adore his performance in IPL 2021. Royal Challengers Bangalore purchased Harshal Patel for just 20 lakh in the IPL 2021 auction. However, his performance has been simply exemplary. He is the purple cap holder with 32 wickets in 15 games of IPL 2021.
Additionally, he has also scored 59 runs in 15 games. In the match against Mumbai Indians recently, Harshal Patel also took a hat-trick. Patel can fancy his chances to be picked for a hefty price in IPL 2022 mega auction with such an exceptional performance.
IPL 2021 winner, Chennai Super Kings have performed exceptionally well this season, and a lot of credit should go to Ruturaj Gaikwad. He has been simply phenomenal this season for his franchise. In the 16 matches, Ruturaj Gaikwad scored 635 runs, including 1 century and 4 half-centuries, and won Orange Cap.
It is an irony that his current IPL salary is only 40 lakhs. Seeing how Ruturaj Gaikwad has performed, it is sure that he will be picked for a hefty price in the IPL 2022 mega auction.
