BCCI has released the full schedule of IPL 2022. Chennai Super Kings will face KKR in the first match of TATA IPL 2022 on 26th March at Wankhede Stadium. The next day team RCB will play their first match with Punjab Kings at DY Patil Stadium.
Royal Challengers Bangalore have been able to build a very strong and balanced squad ahead of IPL 2022. Although they received a big blow after AB de Villiers announced his retirement in 2021, they have managed to recover from it after a number of good signings in the IPL 2022 Mega Auction.

They bought Faf du Plessis (captain) for a bargain price of 7 crores only. Plessis was the second-highest runscorer in IPL 2021 and he is undoubtedly a great addition to the team.
RCB also bought a number of great bowlers in the Mega Auction like Josh Hazlewood, Harshal Patel, and Wanindu Hasaranga which gives them a proper balance in batting and bowling.
