It is a well-known fact that the Royal Rumble is one of the biggest pay-per-view events in WWE. The first Royal Rumble was organized in January 1988 and the massive popularity it got back then made it a mainstay in the WWE Universe. The Royal Rumble is perhaps the biggest event in the WWE after Wrestlemania as it is the gateway to the latter.
The rule of the Royal Rumble is simple. It is a 30-man match. Two participants kickstart the match and a new participant enters the ring every 90 seconds and they keep on coming until the 30th, i.e the last participant has entered the ring.
To eliminate a participant, both his feet should touch the ground and he must be thrown to the ground from over any of the ring ropes (note that if a participant goes out from below the lowest rope, he is still in the game).

Brock Lensar made it kind of a ritual for WWE Champions to take part in Royal Rumble matches as well and Roman Reigns, being the undisputed champion, is most likely to follow his path. It is noteworthy that Roman Reigns won the 2015 Royal Rumble and has always performed well in the event.
2. Big E Langston-
Big E Langston is also said to have an odd of 8/1 of winning the 2023 Royal Rumble.
