Team India is having a good run in the international cricket circuit  nowadays. In the last six months, Young Talent in Indian Cricket has been simply amazing.

The young talents have impressed everyone with their great performance. They have put their hand up every single time they got an opportunity.

India vs Australia Series ( 2020-21)

Rishabh Pant, Shubhman Gill, T. Natarajan, Navdeep Saini, Mohammed Siraj, and Washington Sundar in Australia have got opportunity and they have performed well.

In the deciding 4th Test was played at The Gabba Brisbane, Rishabh Pant was declared  Man of the Match for his match winning knock of 89*.

India vs England Series (2021)

Axar Patel, Krunal Pandya, Ishan Kishan, Prasidh Krishna, and Suryakumar Yadav have got opportunity and all of them have utilized it with both hands.

Patel couldn’t have imagined for a better start to his Test career.

After claiming a 5-wicket-haul on debut against England in the second Test in Chennai, Axar Patel demolish the English batting line-up, picking up 6/38 and 5/32 to bowl out the opposition for 112 and 81 in the 2 innings in the 3rd Test in Narendra Modi Stadium, Ahmedabad.

Patel’s match-haul of 11 wickets helped India seal the third Test inside two days as the home team secured a 10-wicket-win to take a 2-1 lead in the series.

Krunal Pandya and Prasidh Krishna, the two youngsters were handed their debuts in the first ODI match against England ( India vs England Series)  at the MCA stadium in Pune on Tuesday and they did impress everyone.

In the first ODI with England, Karnataka bowler Prasidh Krishna took 4/54 in 8.1 overs and Krunal Pandya’s smashing 58 in just 31 balls is like an dream start for both. Specially at crucial junctures and eventually lead them to a 66-run memorable victory.

The USP of this wonderful bench strength goes to the glass root level. Rahul Dravid is the person who is in-charge of Indian A team. This is the place from where most of these youngsters evolve.

Rahul Dravid has been wonderful in providing right talent and nurturing them to face the world. Then we have Indian Premier League from where some of the players get recognition and get a chance to represent the national side.

Recently, in the first ODI with England, Team India got a setback due to injury to Rohit Sharma and Shreyas Iyer.

This can be a blessing for Suryakumar Yadav and Rishabh Pant who could get opportunity in the next 2 games. Such has been the bench strength of Team India that even the replacement players are up to the mark in terms of skills and form.

Former India batting coach Sanjay Bangar has admired Team management for having a sound back-up options, giving credit to the Indian Premier League (IPL) and the domestic circuit.

In IPL 2021 Many players like, Harshal Patel , Avesh Khan, Shahrukh Khan, Deepak Hooda, Chetan Sakariya, Deepak Chahar have impressed with their outstanding performance . They all are the future of Indian Cricket Team

“The amount of talent which India has at the moment is simply amazing. It is just like a factory; the structure is very good. First-class set-up builds a great foundation and IPL is like icing on the cake which is absolutely fantastic,” Sanjay Bangar was heard saying on-air during a show on Star Sports India.

“We have the right number of players available as a backup so there are so many choices to choose and at times, you feel proud of the amount of talent the team possesses and the quality of the bench strength,” Bangar added.

Bangar concluded by saying that India doesn’t have plenty of options, which is like a blessing for Indian cricket.
