Mahendra Singh Dhoni was born on 7th July 1981 in the city of Ranchi. During his initial days, Dhoni used to be a goalkeeper in his school. Former Team India skipper MS Dhoni on 16th Sep 2021 was named in a 15-member panel constituted by the ministry of defence for a comprehensive review of the NCC (National Cadet Corps) to make it more relevant. The high-level committee will be chaired by former MP Baijayant Panda. Other members of the committee are industrialist Anand Mahindra, Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore, and others.
