IPL 2024 Coaches: All Teams Head Coach, Support Staff, And Their Salaries. IPL 2024: IPL 2024 kicks off on March 22 with the opening clash between CSK vs RCB at Chennai. CSK won the IPL 2024 opener under their new captain Ruturaj Gaikwad. It is essentially obvious that coaching and other team personnel are just as vital as the players since they prepare them for the whole season and guide them through every low and high.
Stephen Fleming, the coach of the Chennai Super Kings, is widely regarded as the finest coach in Indian Premier League (IPL) history, having led the team to many championships. Other famous coaches who have contributed to their teams’ success include Tom Moody, Mahela Jayawardene, Gary Kirsten, Daniel Vettori, and Ashish Nehra.
When it comes to coaches, the IPL 2024 coaching staff is undergoing significant changes. The first change came a few days ago when Faf-du Plessis-led RCB announced a collaboration with Andy Flower. Flower, who was associated with the Lucknow Super Giants last season, will take over as RCB head coach beginning replacing Mike Hesson.
LSG and SRH also made significant changes. Following the release of Andy Flower, LSG confirmed Justin Langer as their new head coach. SRH also fired Brian Lara and replaced him with Daniel Vettori as head coach. Another rumor has it that LSG may release Gautam Gambhir and that the Indian ex-opener may join KKR in the IPL in 2024.
