Asia Cup 2023: How To Watch It For Free, Format, Schedule, Television, And Live Streaming Details: The 16th edition of the Asia Cup 2023 has officially been announced, which starts on August 30 and will end on September 17. The Asian Cricket Council (ACC) has finalized the One Day International (ODI) tournament, which will be hosted by Pakistan and Sri Lanka. This is the first time the Asia Cup will be held in a hybrid format, with four matches taking place in Pakistan and the remaining nine in Sri Lanka.

The Asia Cup 2023 will be played by six teams in total. The Asian Cricket Council (ACC) has Afghanistan, Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka as its five full members. The sixth team that qualified for the Asia Cup by winning the ACC Men’s Premier Cup 2023 is Nepal. Currently, India holds the most titles in the Asia Cup, winning it seven times. Defending champion Sri Lanka is the 2nd most successful team having won 6 titles.

A much-awaited India (led by Rohit Sharma) and Pakistan (led by Babar Azam) match is scheduled to be played on September 2 at Pallekele International Cricket Stadium from 01.00 PM.

Asia Cup 2023 Live Streaming will be free on Hotstar for India users. Disney+ Hotstar removed the paywall for Asia Cup 2023 a few days ago. This comes after Disney+ Hotstar’s competitor platform, JioCinema, free-streamed the Indian Premier League (IPL) and garnered millions of users.

Format Of Asia Cup 2023

The 50-over tournament game will consist of six teams, which will be split into two groups of three. There will be a total of 13 matches, including six league matches, six Super 4 matches, and a final.

Group A Teams: India, Pakistan, and Nepal

Group B Teams: Sri Lanka (Defending Champion), Afghanistan, and Bangladesh

Schedule For Asia Cup 2023

Asia Cup 2023 dates have been officially released by the Asian Cricket Council. The ACC announced in a press release that the dates for Asia Cup 2023 will be August 30 to September 17. The event will be held in a hybrid format since Pakistan and Sri Lanka will co-host Asia Cup 2023.

The 2023 ODI Asia Cup will include 13 matches in total. Four Asia Cup matches will be played in Pakistan, while the remaining nine will be played in Sri Lanka. The ODI Asia Cup 2023 will be contested in a hybrid format.

Star Sports Network will broadcast the Asia Cup 2023 live on television across the country. Live Streaming Details

Disney+ Hotstar will stream the Asia Cup 2023 live for smartphone users and laptop users. Hotstar is a streaming platform for Star Network and telecast all the live matches provided to star network since its inception. They have also removed the paywall and will telecast it for free for the Asia cup and ODI World Cup 2023.
