IND vs ENG 5th Test Day 2 Highlights: Rohit, Gill Hits Century; India 473/8 At Stumps, Lead By 255 Runs. Team India started their innings on 135/1, behind England by 83 runs at Dharmasala vs England in the 5th test. Skipper Rohit Sharma scored his 12th test century and 4th as test captain. England skipper Ben Stokes bowled for the first time in the series and dismissed Rohit with his very first delivery.

Shubman Gill scored his fourth test century and fell in the next over to James Anderson on 110. Devdutt Padikkal and Sarfaraz Khan seem to have put India back in cruise mode, both scored half-centuries in the second session. Khan departs by Joe Root in the first ball of 2nd session. Padikkal scored 65 and was dismissed by Shoaib Bashir.

Dhruv Jurel and Ravindra Jadeja both contributed 15 runs each in India’s scorecard. Jurel was dismissed by Bashir while Hartley took Jadeja’s wicket. Ashwin departs for a duck by Tom Hartley.

Kuldeep Yadav is unbeaten on 27 and Jasprit Bumrah moved on to 19 at stums on 2nd day of 5th test match.
