Indian Premier League is the biggest club cricket league across the globe. The money associated with IPL is enormous. MS Dhoni

MS Dhoni, who took Team India to the heights of the sky under his captaincy and gave 4 titles to Chennai Super Kings in the IPL, has failed as a batsman in the last two seasons. In the 2021 auction, CSK spent 15 crores on him but in 16 matches he scored only 114 runs with an average of 16.28.

However, unlike the previous season, this time the Super Kings performed brilliantly and became champion of the IPL 2021. So perhaps the attention of the people is not going on Dhoni’s poor batting.

Kyle Jamieson

Kyle Jamieson is one of the expensive players in the history of IPL. RCB bought him for a monstrous amount of 15 crore rupees. He is the tallest player in the IPL. With his tall length, he can bowl too fast and deliver at any length he desires.

Sadly, his bowling is not helping too much for RCB. The New Zealand bowler has taken only nine wickets in 9 matches played so far in IPL 2021. His economy rate of more than 9 is also not reasonable.

Suresh Raina

Suresh Raina has also failed to make a valuable contribution for CSK this IPL season. He has managed to score just 155 runs in 10 matches so far. Considering his IPL 2021 salary of 11 crores, his performance seems poor. Raina will have to improve his batting in the remaining matches for CSK so that the team’s middle-order can become more strong.

Eoin Morgan

KKR captain Eoin Morgan is the second on this list. He has played 10 matches for KKR and scored just 107 runs with a poor average of 13.37. A player who is such a key member of the team needs to stand up and perform as a credible captain. The middle-order of KKR is highly volatile. A lot of responsibility lies on his shoulders to take the team ahead. To recall, the prize money of Eoin Morgan in IPL 2021 is 5.25 crore.

Bhuvneshwar Kumar

When we talk about consistent bowlers in IPL, Bhuvneshwar Kumar’s name always features in the list. However, IPL 2021 has been a pale show for the SRH vice-captain. In the seven matches in IPL 2021, Bhuvneshwar Kumar has managed to pick just four wickets. His economy rate of 8.76 is always on a higher side in this format.

Bhuvi is the lead bowler for SRH, and his performance will hold the key in the remaining matches for the team. His current IPL 2021 salary is 8.5 crores.
