The pinnacle event for women’s cricket, the ICC women’s cricket world cup will witness 31 matches to be played across 31 action-packed days between 4 March and 3 April 2022.
This will be the first women’s cricket tournament to be played since the Women’s T20 World Cup in Australia back in March 2021. The tournament was postponed from its original window in February-March 2021 to March-April 2022. The ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup 2022 Winner will take home $1.32 million while runners-up will get, $600,000.

ICC Women’s Cricket World cup 2022 Venue
Eight of the world’s best cricket nations will lock horns against each other head-to-head in six cities in the beautiful country of New Zealand.
Auckland, Wellington, Tauranga, Hamilton, Christchurch, and Dunedin are the 6 cities being selected to host the ICC WOMEN’s CRICKET WORLD CUP 2022 matches.
New Zealand, Australia, India, England, South Africa have qualified for the World Cup. The three other teams who have qualified for ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup 2022 are Bangladesh, West Indies & Pakistan. The eight-team round-robin format will see all teams playing each other, the top four teams will qualify for the semi-finals.
