After 2 eventful days, the IPL 2022 Mega Auction (12 & 13 February 2022) has finally come to a fitting end with every franchise having built their desirable squads.
A total of 204 players were sold out of the list of over 600 players, out of 204, 137 were Indian players & 67 were overseas. and the remaining players were unsold.

Sold Expensive & Unsold Players IPL 2022
Some players like Ishan Kishan, Shreyas Iyer, and Deepak Chahar made fortunes in the Auction while some other star players like Suresh Raina, Steve Smith, Aaron Finch failed to get attraction from the team which is indeed very unfortunate.
The event was overall a very positive one with every franchise looking content with the teams they built.
It is now left to be analyzed as to which franchises built the strongest squads in these two days. However, the real assessment of these teams can be done only when IPL 2022 kicks off in the month of April.
