World Test Championship (WTC) 2023-25: Updated Points Table After England vs Australia 4th Test Drawn. Rain saves defending champions Australia to lose the 4th Ashes test match against England at Old Trafford. Australia scored 317 in the first inning with the help of Mitchell Marsh and Labuschagne’s half-centuries. Chris Woakes’ fifer helps England to stop Australia from a big total on the scoreboard. With Zak Crawley’s magnificent 189 innings, the English team scored 592 in the first innings.

Australia almost lost the match as their top order collapsed in the second innings. Only Marnus Labuschagne scored able to score 111. Mark Wood took 3 wickets in the second innings. Kangaroos scored 214/5 on the 4th day and were trailed by 61 runs. But rain spoils England’s chance to level the series.

Ben Stokes-led England team beat Pat Cummins-led Australia by 3 wickets in the 3rd test. The English team currently trailing 1-2 in the Ashes 2023 series. The final test will be played on 27 July at Kennington Oval. With this draw Australia retained the Ashes.

Team India is still on the top in WTC 2023-25 points table.
