Legends League cricket is a t20 tournament that constitutes recently retired cricketers across the globe. The first season of Legends League Cricket was organized in Jan 2022 in Oman.
The second edition of this t20 cricket tournament commenced in India on Sept 17, 2022, and will continue until Oct 5, 2022. Ravi Shastri is the commissioner of Legends League Cricket, and Amitabh Bacchan is the brand ambassador. The winner of the inaugural season of Legends League Cricket was “World Giants”.

Legend’s League Cricket 2022: Format
Legend’s league cricket 2022 will see 4 teams playing against each other in the league stage. The top 2 teams, after the end of the league stage, will advance through to the qualifier round. The winner here will directly book a seat in the finals, while the loser will get another chance to have a crack with the winner of the third and fourth place team match.
16 matches will be organized in 6 stadiums. This also includes a special match on Sept 16 between India Maharajas and World Giants to commensurate India’s 75th Independence.
