Asia Cup 2022 Points Table, Standings. After a break of 4 years, the 15th edition of the Asia Cup cricket tournament is set to take place from August 27-September 11, 2022. The mega tournament will be played in a T20 format and a total of 6 teams will participate in Asia Cup cricket 2022. India, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Afghanistan, and Bangladesh are the 5 confirmed teams. The tournament’s 6th team is Hong Kong.

Team India is the defending champions of the tournament. They won the Asia Cup 2018 to defeat Bangladesh by 3 wickets. With 7 Asia cup titles, India is the most successful team in the tournament’s history. The Qualifier of the Asia Cup is scheduled to commence on 21 August.

Arch rivals India & Pakistan will face off each other in the tournament on 28 August.

The wait is finally over as the battle for Asian supremacy commences on 27th August with the all-important final on 11th September.
