IND vs AUS: India Sealed The 5 Match T20 Series Against Australia. India’s cricket excellence shines as they clinch with a lead of 3-1 in the ongoing five-match T20I series against Australia, dominating the first two matches. After winning the third match but losing the fourth, Australia strives for pride in the final games. The series holds the promise of redemption for the disappointed team.

India’s supremacy has been apparent since the series’ inception. In the Vizag opener, Australia set a formidable 208-run total, propelled by a dazzling century from Josh Inglis. Nevertheless, India effortlessly chased down the target, sealing the victory with a remarkable finish by Rinku Singh.

Trivandrum hosted the second match. Which turned out to be another one-sided affair. India batted first, this time piling up a mammoth 235 runs, their highest T20I total against Australia. Australia’s bowlers were helpless against India’s aggressive batting, and their chase was never on track, as they fell short by 44 runs.

In the Guwahati showdown, India extended their unyielding pursuit of victory. Setting a target of 222 runs while showcasing an impressive century by Ruturaj Gayakwad, India batted first. Big Show (Glenn Maxwell) performance led to them chasing the score. Granting Australia their first victory.

In fourth match, Opting to bat first, India posted a total of 174/9 in their designated 20 overs, led by Rinku Singh’s top score of 46 and a valuable contribution of 35 from Jitesh Sharma. Ben Dwarshuis claimed three wickets for Australia. In response, Australia was limited to 154/7 in their 20 overs, with skipper Matthew Wade contributing 24. Axar Patel took three wickets for India.

This victory solidified India’s lead to 3-1 in the five-match series, making it unassailable.
