Australian Open 2024, Prize Pool, Dates, and Other Details. One of the biggest and most respected tennis tournaments is knocking at the door in 2024. The Australian Open recently released its plans for Match Days, Prize Pool, and Tickets Booking.

Australian Open 2024 matches are going to happen in January 2024 for three weeks, where we will see Single, Double, and mixed double Tennis Matches per day for three weeks. They also revealed the date for the qualification round which is going to happen before the main matches.

Australian Open 2024: Qualification and Practice Match Date

First-round qualification for playing in the Australian Open 24 starts on January 8 and ends on January 11. In January 11 players contested in the Final-Round qualification to secure a spot in the Australian Open 24. Between 8-11 January you can also see the practice Match of big Tennis Players in the Rod Laver Arena.

An Exhibition Match will also start on 9th January and end on 12 January ahead of the tournament this upcoming year 2024.

When will the upcoming Australian Open Draw Happen?

The official date for the Australian Open Draw isn’t out yet, but you can expect it to happen after the qualification round, probably after January 11. 

Main Draw Schedule Of The Tournament

Australian Open first-round singles will happen from 14 January to 16 January. Men’s and Women’s Double will begin from 16 January to 18 January. Mixed Doubles from 18 January to 20 January. Junior singles on January 20. Legend Matches begin on January 21.

The last week of the Australian Open is going to be very interesting as you will see the Australian Open Wheelchair Championships which start on January 23 until the finals of the Australian Open 2024.

Men’s, Women’s, and Quad Single Finals on Saturday, January 27. On January 28 Sunday we will see the finals of both Men’s and Women’s Single.

How Much Is the Australian Open Prize Pool In 2024?

In 2023 Australian Open’s Prize Pool was around AUS $76.5 (425 crore INR) which will be divided for every champion. Both winners and Runners Up get a significant of amount if they reach the final. As per reports, the Prize Pool for 2024 has been increased by 5 to 7 percent.
