Asian Games 2023: India’s Medal Tally (Updated) And Winners List: An Indian contingent of 655 athletes is competing in the Asian Games 2023 in Hangzhou, People’s Republic of China. The 19th edition of the continental multisport tournament kicked off on September 23 and will end on October 8. On Monday, Aishwarya Pratap Singh, Divyansh Singh Panwar, and Rudrankksh Patil won the 10 metre air rifle men’s team event, giving India its first gold medal of the Asian Games 2023.

Athletics has won the most of India’s medals at the Asian Games over the years, accounting for 254 of a total of 672. Track and field events will be the emphasis once again in Hangzhou 2023, with India sending 68 athletes—the country’s highest delegation in any discipline.

On Sunday, India earned a flurry of medals in the Asian Games 2023. India won three medals in rowing overall. According to the Asian Games Medal Tally 2023 List in Rowing, Arjun Lal Jat and Arvind Singh earned the silver medal for India, while the Chinese players won the gold.
