AFG vs BAN, T20 World Cup 2024 Super 8: Date, Time, Venue, Head to Head, Pitch Report, Playing XI and Squads. The Asian rivals Bangladesh will face Afghanistan in a decider for a semi-final spot in the T20 World Cup 2024. The Super 8 match will be played on Tuesday, 25th of June at 06:00 AM, on the Arnos Vale Ground in Kingstown, St Vincent. Headed by Najmul Hossain Shanto, Bangladesh is coming off two back-to-back losses to Australia and India.

After losing their first match to India in the Super 8 round, Afghanistan, captained by Rashid Khan, demonstrated a remarkable 21-run victory over formidable Australia, ensuring they were still in contention for the semifinals.

If Australia gets defeated in the early match against India and Afghanistan wins against Bangladesh, the second finalists will be finished by the last Super 8 game in Group 1. This will be the second occasion Bangladesh and Afghanistan will go head to head in a T20 World Cup and the 12th time they will face off in what’s the shortest format of the game.
