IPL 2024: Points Table, Most Runs And Most Wickets (Updated) On 10th May After GT vs CSK Match. In a high-scoring match at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad, the Gujarat Titans had a big win against the Chennai Super Kings. The opening batsmen, Shubman Gill and Sai Sudharsan, played exceptionally well, scoring centuries and setting a huge total of 231. This win gives Gujarat Titans hope for making it to the playoffs, while CSK will need to win in their upcoming matches to fix their place in playoffs.

CSK swapped Richard Gleeson with Rachin Ravindra. Meanwhile, GT replaced the injured Wriddhiman Saha with Matthew Wade and also gave Kartik Tyagi his debut, replacing Joshua Little. Shubman Gill and Sai Sudharsan’s centuries helped Gujarat Titans score 231/4 against Chennai Super Kings in their IPL 2024 match in Ahmedabad.

The GT openers scored 210 runs together, which is the highest partnership for the first wicket in IPL history. CSK’s bowlers were dominated by Gill and Sudharsan, who both scored over 100 runs each. Gill made 104 runs off 55 balls while Sudharsan scored 103 runs off 51 balls. CSK captain Ruturaj Gaikwad chose to bowl first after winning the toss.

Chennai Super Kings tried hard to chase the big target set by Gujarat Titans but couldn’t make it. They needed 232 runs to win, but their top batsmen got out early, making it tough for them. Even though Daryl Mitchell and Moeen Ali scored fifty runs each, the required run rate kept going up, making it harder for CSK. Although there were moments of hope, they ended up losing by 35 runs because Gujarat Titans bowled well.
