SA20 2025: Check Latest Points Table And Standings: The curtain of the third edition of South Africa’s premier T20 cricket league, the SA20 2025 season, was drawn on 9 January and is scheduled to last until 8 February 2025. Organized by Cricket South Africa, the tournament will feature six franchises competing in a double round-robin format along with playoffs to determine the champion.
MI Cape Town started its journey by beating Sunrisers Eastern Cape by 97 runs in the opening match of SA20 2025.

Each team will play a total of 10 matches during the league stage. The points system is structured as follows:
Win: 4 points
No result: 2 points
Loss: 0 points
Bonus point: An additional 1 point is awarded for a win with a run rate difference of 1.25 times that of the opposition.

Where teams are level on points, the tiebreakers shall be as follows:
Number of wins
Number of bonus points
The better Net Run Rate (NRR)
Most wins against the other teams are tied on points and have the same number of wins.
Highest runs per wicket ratio in the tournament
Highest wickets per run ratio in the tournament
As the tournament proceeds, the points table will be refreshed after each match according to the respective team standings, wins, losses, ties, no results, points accumulated, and net run rate. This dynamic ranking will be very significant for teams aiming at a playoff spot and in contention for a championship title.
