Transfer News – As Per Clubs

Chelsea

Chelsea has been making waves in the transfer market, with their eyes set on bolstering their squad. They are willing to trade Romelu Lukaku, to Juventus in exchange for Dusan Vlahovic, according to a report from Sky Sports Italia. Initially, Chelsea had not considered using Lukaku in a swap deal, but it seems Juventus is currently the only club showing interest in the 30-year-old striker.

Lukaku, who played for Internazionale on loan last year, had been linked with a permanent move back to the San Siro. However, the Italian club has now withdrawn their interest, leaving Lukaku uncertain about his future. Chelsea’s manager, Mauricio Pochettino, is exploring other attacking options, while Lukaku remains eager for a return to Serie A.

One of the striking options that caught Pochettino’s attention is Dusan Vlahovic. The 23-year-old Serbian star had an impressive 2022-23 season, scoring 14 goals in all competitions for Juventus. It seems Chelsea is considering Vlahovic as a potential replacement for Lukaku if the swap deal with Juventus goes through.

Bayern Munich

Bayern Munich is eager to shatter their previous club-record transfer fee of 80 million euros to secure the services of Harry Kane, the 30-year-old striker from England, who currently plays for Tottenham.

The two clubs, Tottenham and Bayern, had a discussion in London on Monday, but they have a difference of about £25 million in their respective valuations of Kane. Bayern Munich seems determined to push ahead and acquire a talented player for their team.

Tottenham

Tottenham is gearing up to rebuild their team after the departure of striker Harry Kane, who is on the verge of a transfer to Bayern Munich. The club plans to utilize a significant portion of the potential £100 million transfer fee to secure the services of Nottingham Forest winger Brennan Johnson.

The deal is expected to cost around £50 million, as reported by the Daily Mail. With this move, Tottenham aims to strengthen their squad and move forward without Kane’s presence on the pitch.

Arsenal

Football Insider reports that Arsenal is currently open to receiving offers for several players, and two notable names among them are defender Kieran Tierney and forward Folarin Balogun. Tierney, who was the starting left-back, lost his position to Oleksandr Zinchenko last season. As a result, Newcastle United has shown interest in the 26-year-old Scottish player.

On the other hand, Balogun had a successful loan stint in France, where he impressively scored 22 goals in various competitions for Stade de Reims. Despite this, he seems to have slipped further down the pecking order at Arsenal due to the arrival of Kai Havertz from Chelsea.

Barcelona

Barcelona are looking at the possibility of signing Atletico Madrid’s forward Joao Felix if Ousmane Dembélé leaves the club. Dembélé has been strongly linked with a move to PSG, and if that happens, Barcelona will explore the option of striking a deal for Felix, who has expressed his desire to join Camp Nou.

Moreover, Barcelona is aware of Atletico’s intention to offload Felix, mainly because of his disagreement with manager Diego Simeone last season. However, the Spanish champions are being cautious not to overspend on any potential agreement.

Al Hilal

Al Hilal, a Saudi Pro-League team, has made a substantial offer of €140 million to sign Victor Osimhen, the forward from Napoli. Earlier, Al Hilal’s attempt to acquire Kylian Mbappe from Paris Saint-Germain was unsuccessful, leading them to shift their attention to Osimhen. The Nigerian player is currently in discussions with Napoli for a contract extension, thanks to his impressive performance during the previous season, where he scored 26 goals in 32 league games, contributing to Napoli’s victory in the Serie A title.

Even though Osimhen has a contract with Napoli until June 2025, Al Hilal is willing to entice him with a hefty salary of €60 million per season.

It’s worth noting that Osimhen has also been linked with potential moves to Chelsea and Manchester United. However, the situation remains intriguing as negotiations unfold between the player and the clubs involved. It remains to be seen if Al Hilal’s tempting proposal will lead to a transfer or if Osimhen will decide to extend his stay at Napoli.

S.S.C. Napoli

Napoli has shown strong interest in signing Konstantinos Mavropanos, the talented defender from VfB Stuttgart. According to the reports, Deutschland’s Florian Plettenberg, Mavropanos is eager to leave his current club in Germany. However, VfB Stuttgart is looking to secure a transfer fee of around €20 million for the 25-year-old player.

Although Napoli is keen on striking a deal, there has been no final agreement with Mavropanos yet. The reason for this hesitation might be due to the fact that other Premier League clubs have also shown interest in the former Arsenal center-back. So, there is a competition to secure his talents.
