Which Is The Host Country For Euro 2024?
The UEFA Executive Committee selected Germany to host the 17th edition of the UEFA European Championship, also known as EURO 2024, at their meeting in Nyon on September 27, 2018.

For the tournament, nine of the ten selected venues are the same stadiums that were used during the 2006 World Cup, with the Düsseldorf Arena added. The Munich Football Arena will host matches for the second consecutive EURO, having also hosted games during UEFA EURO 2020 and being the home ground of Bayern München.

EURO 2024 Schedule And Pattern
The dates for the UEFA EURO 2024 final tournament have been set from the 14th of June to the 14th of July, 2024. However, the qualifier has started from March 2023 onwards.

How Many Teams Will Qualify?
As hosts, Germany secures a spot in the finals and will continue its impressive streak of 14 consecutive EURO tournaments, with Germany/West Germany having participated in every EURO since 1972. West Germany won the 1972 and 1980 editions, while reunified Germany emerged victorious at EURO ’96. The remaining 23 spots for the finals will be determined by the European Qualifiers, which will be held from March to November 2023, and the playoffs, scheduled for March 2024.
Qualifying Format Of EURO 2024
The teams have been divided into ten groups of five or six, including the four participants in the UEFA Nations League final. Each team will play the other in a round-robin tournament with home and away matches. The winner and runner-up of each group will participate directly in the finals, while the remaining three places will be determined via playoffs. The playoffs will involve 12 teams selected based on their performance in the 2022/23 Nations League.
