Isa Tara Guha — the former British international fast bowler & Fox Cricket host — has been named the world’s best female cricket commentator.
Last Word on Sport, who compiled the ranking, rated Isa Tara Guha as No.one in a star-studded list including Fox Cricket’s Mel Jones.
The publication said about Isa Guha. “Her commentary style, command on the language, and tone all are brilliant and knowledgeable,” “Isa Tara Guha is not only the best but she is the brilliant lady cricket commentator in the world and of quite possibly of all-time.”

The strong presence of Guha in such an area that has always been dominated by men is indeed a commendation. Isa Guha has been commentator and host for Fox Cricket ever since this broadcaster got cricket rights.
Fox Sports executive director Steve Crawley said in an interview “We’ve always known Isa is the best at what she does, but this is great recognition for her brilliance as a commentator,”
