Punjab Kings have one of the most destructive top 3 at the moment. Last season, KL Rahul and Mayank Agarwal had sensational IPL. Both of these Indian players went after the bowling and Punjab got very good starts in a lot of matches. The universal boss Chris Gayle comes at no 3 which is a very deadly combination for Punjab.
Weakness:
Punjab kings have one of the least experienced bowling attacks at the moment. If we exclude Shami, no other bowlers have played regularly for Punjab. Jhye Richardson and Riley Meredith are having their debut this season. Even Fabian Allen does not get opportunity.
- Rajasthan Royals:
Strength:
Rajasthan Royals have a good combination of local Indian players and some key foreign players in their side. Ben stokes, Jos butler are very dangerous batsmen in the team. Local players such as Riyan Parag, Rahul Tewatia have performed good for the team last season.
Weakness:
One of the main weakness for Rajasthan Royals is their bowling unit. They lack quality bowlers apart from Jofra Archer and Ben stokes.
