IND vs SA 3rd ODI Highlights: India Clinch Series 2–1 with Dominant Win. India showed their superiority in every department to beat South Africa by 9 wickets in the final ODI at Visakhapatnam and locked the series at 2-1. Yashasvi Jaiswal’s splendid century and the disciplined bowling of the rest of the team made the difference, and this win was a big comeback.

South Africa’s Batting Didn’t Stand Up to the Pressure

Despite some encouraging signs, South Africa scored only 270 runs. Indian bowlers were on top of the game. They were in control of the run rate and took wickets just when they were needed most. Prasidh Krishna led the pace attack with his four-wicket haul. He deconstructed the middle order, while Kuldeep Yadav kept on increasing the pressure through his spin.

The batting line-up’s collapse left the visitors far from a par score on a batting-friendly wicket; thus, their bowlers were practically given no chance to make a mistake.

Jaiswal’s Performance with First ODI Century

When it came to 271 runs, India took full control from the very first ball. Yashasvi Jaiswal not only scored his first ODI century but also was not out on 116* and took India to a win confidently. His innings exposed the bowler’s weaknesses through a combination of developing and power-play shots, as he supported the whole chase from behind.

Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli made important contributions with with half-centuries. The Men in Blue finished the game off with more than 10 overs remaining, which served to emphasise their superiority.
