Rana impressed fans with his performances in recent IPL seasons. He delivered strong spells and took important wickets in the middle overs.

In IPL 2024, he finished among the top wicket-takers in the tournament. Rana picked up 19 wickets in 13 matches during that season. His absence creates a major gap in KKR’s pace attack this season.
