French Open Prize Money 2023 Breakdown

The French Tennis Federation has confirmed that they will offer a total prize money of €38,000,000 ($44,711,560) for the Roland-Garros 2023 season, for both the men’s and women’s tournaments. This amount remains unchanged from last year, as the tournament had witnessed a 10.9% decrease due to the pandemic.

In addition to the prize money mentioned, the runners-up in the men’s and women’s singles will receive $940,000 each, and the finalists in the doubles events will take home $188,055. Apart from these, the players who reach the round of 16, the third round, and the second round in the singles event will be awarded $132,853, $74,287, and $42,962, respectively. In doubles, those who reach the third round and the second round will receive $35,245 and $19,775, respectively.
