CSK clarifies that everything we did during the signing of Dewald Brevis as a replacement behind the scenes during IPL 2025 was done entirely within the rules & regulations of IPL,” read the statement. Brevis became part of CSK during the IPL 2025 season as an injury replacement and is now a permanent member of their squad moving forward.
