BCCI Announces India A Squad for One-Day Series Against Australia A. The BCCI has officially unveiled the Indian A squad for the forthcoming three-match One-Day series against Australia A. This series will allow rising Indian stars to exhibit their potential against quality opposition, with senior batter Shreyas Iyer named as captain across all three fixtures. 

India A Squad for the 1st One-Day Match

For the first fixture, the squad will feature youthful guns working alongside more experienced players. Iyer will captain a relatively balanced unit of attacking batsmen in Riyan Parag, Ayush Badoni, and Suryansh Shedge, as well as all-rounders Nishant Sindhu and Vipraj Nigam. The spin department will be led by Ravi Bishnoi, with Yudhvir Singh and Simarjeet Singh providing depth in the pace department. PrabhSimran Singh and Abhishek Porel will be keeping wickets.

Change for the 2nd and 3rd One-Day Matches

The squad for the next two games will welcome new players and an upgrade in firepower. Tilak Verma will be the vice-captain, comprising the middle order with significant form under his belt. Abhishek Sharma, Harshit Rana, and Arshdeep Singh join the squad to balance the squad and add extra experience to the bowling unit.
